Don Hains, Consultant
Position: Hains Technology Associates

Mr. Hains is an industrial minerals economics and marketing specialist with more than 20 years experience in development, use and analysis of industrial minerals properties and materials. He has held product research and business development responsibilities with Fiberglas Canada Inc. and Domtar Construction Materials, and has been consulting in the field of industrial minerals markets and economics for the past 15 years. His experience encompasses most of the industrial minerals and several specialty metals, especially antimony, tantalum, niobium, gallium, germanium and rare earths. Assignments have ranged from valuation reports to feasibility and market studies.

SGS Minerals Services is the global leader in testing, consulting and on-site services for the mining and minerals sector. With metallurgical, analytical, mineralogical and environmental technical expertise, we support clients everywhere. SGS Lakefield is conducting the mineral processing and hydrometallurgical development work involved in the pre-feasbility testing.

BBA is an independent Canadian consulting engineering firm operating internationally. Its team is composed of highly-qualified experts in several engineering disciplines, including electrical, civil, mechanical, industrial data processing, mining, metallurgical processes, automation, and construction management. BBA is completing the pre-feasibility study on the Quebec Lithium Deposit.

 
Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc.

Based in Sudbury, Caracle Creek International completed the digitizing of all historical Quebec Lithium Mine data and is in the latter phase of three-dimensional resource modeling to aid in further deposit evaluation. This work will be integrated with a drill program and is expected to lead to the completion of a NI 43-101 report on the deposit.

 
Genivar Inc. of Amos, Quebec

Genivar has been commissioned to complete an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) for the Company's Quebec Lithium Project. The EIS is anticipated to take approximately one year to complete and will outline all environmental concerns and constraints for the Company's proposed development of a 3,500-tonne-per-day lithium mining operation. The environmental study will be conducted in conjunction with the pre-feasibility study.
